Viper Edge is one of Ivy's weapons in Soulcalibur IV. It, along with Valentine, is available by default. He has Venom Fang C equipped by default as a skill, which adds small poison damage to a downed opponent, though the poisoned state will stop when the opponent lands an attack or after a certain amount of time.
A legendary sword that is said to move freely like a snake. One theory holds that he is actually alive, but educated sages have stated that the idea of a living sword is nothing more than a myth. His undulating, whip-like blade can take advantage of centrifugal force to increase his impact, but he is somewhat fragile and not suited for blocking heavy blows.
