Is admin some sort of promotion?what difference it makes to be a member and a admin?

Hello there, I'm new here, and I have a question. Can Talk Bubbles be used in this wiki? I myself am used to talk with bubbles. But if it can't be done, I understand, I just think the talk pages would look more organized this way.

An idea Edit
I've already said this on SarahPaiFan's talk page, though she hasn't answered, and it's been weeks. And now, I'll try asking you. I've been thinking of adding a category about users with their own fan characters, I myself have my own, User:SarahPaiFan has one too (Which is why I first tried to ask her first), User:Diligence has about three (And he agrees with this idea too), and a few other users have their own. So, yeah, anyway. Hope you can answer.

Well, I have done the category, and I would add the other users to it, but they might think I vandalized their page or something. I would have done it already, but I would hate for people to think I have vandalized their page and they would say I'm lying or something. Could you, or another admin, please tell them that I would add their pages into the category?
