The Ancient (古キ者?) is one of Voldo's weapons in Soulcalibur III.
This weapon is the version of The Ancient that is used by Voldo and Olcadan (when he uses his moveset).
Olcadan is able to use this weapon at the start (alongside everybody else's The Ancient). However, Voldo's version of The Ancient needs to be unlocked. There are two ways of doing this:
- The easiest method is to finish all missions in Voldo's Tutorial.
- The harder method is to defeat Olcadan in Voldo's Tales of Souls mode.

- This weapon resembles Voldo's weapon Karma & Mara from Soulcalibur II, Jamadhar from Soulcalibur IV and Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny, and Jewel Hunter from Soulcalibur VI.
