[edit] This is all BS
Pressing all four buttons when your opponent is in soul crush DOES NOT NECESSARILY TRIGGER A CRITICAL FINISH. It's random bullshit that happens whenever the game feels like it.
I've put all the character's finishers here for now, do you think we should have a section in each character's profile instead?
- Not sure what you're smoking, dude, but YES IT DOES. Maybe you're just pushing it too late or you're not really pushing all the buttons at the same time. Aerandir 17:12, 1 July 2009 (UTC)
[edit] But........
I thought Sophitia calls the Gods who send down a bolt of lightning.
I think she does. This must be a small error. Her blade does NOT explode into lightning. I request a change. (And please sign your posts).--71.126.33.181 16:43, 22 August 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Another way for Critical Finish on the Xbox 360
This is just food for thought, but I found out an alternate way to do a Critical Finish on the Xbox 360. When you hit the enemy in a state of Soul Crush, just press LB. Waaaaaaaaay easier that way. Dark(er) Link, Dark Link's Evil(er) Twin 23:20, 22 August 2008 (UTC)
Yeah, both LB and L1 on the PS3 act as shortcuts to the four face buttons - Fpunzi 23:23, 22 August 2008 (UTC)
Should we put it down on the Critical Finish? Or just leave it be? Dark(er) Link, Dark Link's Evil(er) Twin 23:51, 22 August 2008 (UTC)
All four shoulder buttons can be mapped as all the possible combinations of face buttons, so I don't really think it's that important - Fpunzi 23:53, 22 August 2008 (UTC)
Ok. Dark(er) Link, Dark Link's Evil(er) Twin 23:55, 22 August 2008 (UTC)

[edit] A misconception (And a note on the Vader vs. Apprentice video)
I only say this because I noticed in the video that the player set his own Soul Gauge to full and emptied the Apprentice's. I used to do this, but I figured out that your Soul Gauge doesn't have to be full to execute a Critical Finsih.
Another note on the video, if you're testing out a Critical Finish, you don't have to do all that "VS CPU" garbage and hope to land a hit while they're blocking. Just set it to "Recorded Command," record them blocking for a few seconds, then hit playback and attack while they block. Pretty simple. Aerandir 00:49, 16 June 2009 (UTC)
