The Kitty Choker is a delicate piece of jeweled neck-wear available in Character Creation for Soulcalibur IV, and as purchasable DLC in Soulcalibur V.
Soulcalibur IV[]
This Neck Equipment decreases Defense by 15, but increases HP by 10. It is worn by Talim in her 2P costume, and is made available when she is unlocked for 4,000 Gold at the Fighter Select Screen.

This Neck Equipment was made available as part of the Classic Outfits 1 DLC package on July 10, 2012, along with the rest of Talim's and Seong Mi-na's 2P equipment from the previous game. Aforementioned package can be purchased at the Cepheus Store for $2.99.
