Equipment used in Patroklos's 1P outfit in Soulcalibur V, available as DLC which can only be used for male characters.
A long sleeve surcoat with a carcal theme that comes with its shoulderpads, armbands, gloves and a ribbon pin. Underneath the coat it also shows a scale armor as an undershirt.
