Hula Hoop is Tira's joke weapon in Soulcalibur IV. It can be bought in Character Creation for 14,500 Gold after completing Story Mode with Tira. It has HP Drain A equipped by default as a skill, which when the player's attack lands on an opponent, their HP recovers a large amount proportional to the damage on the opponent. The hula hoop also produces distinctly goofy movement and hit sounds.
