Salia Olschmidt (サリア・オルシュミット, Saria Orushumitto) is a fictional non-playable character designed for the Soul series of fighting games, making her debut in the second game of the series, Soulcalibur. Little is known about her past, other than that Salia had been part of Schwarzwind ever since their early days of being thieves, often being the one devising winning strategies. She assisted Siegfried as he cared for his dying mother.

During the years of Siegfried's absence, she served as the leader of Schwarzwind.

Salia appears to possess romantic feelings toward Siegfried, though it's unknown whether he is even aware of said feelings. Her change in appearance by the time of Soulcalibur V appears to be an attempt to attract Siegfried's attention. Despite maturing from her younger days of being a thief, she still possesses a weak spot for making easy money.

In Soulcalibur VI in the absence of Siegfried, Salia takes command of Schwarzwind.

Profile[]

Soulcalibur V[]

The second-in-command of Schwarzwind was the dutiful and strong-willed Salia Olschmidt. Talented in both administrative and tactical fields, Salia supported the somewhat rash Siegfried as well as she could. Salia has been a part of Schwarzwind since the days when Siegfried led them around as a band of thieves, and she was always the one who came up with the winning plans. Salia was quite the tomboy in the old days, but when Siegfried left Schwarzwind for a while, she came to realize what her true feelings were. As a result, Salia began acting more feminine and took control of Schwarzwind until Siegfried's return 17 years ago. Despite maturing greatly over the years, Salia still has a weak spot for easy money.
