The Parlor Blouse consists of two layers showing a small frill design and puffed short sleeves along a layered shirt. Available for female characters in Character Creation in Soulcalibur IV, V and VI.

The Parlor Blouse raises Impact by 40. It can either be purchased for 4,000 Gold after earning 20 Honors/Achievements, or obtained from the 36th floor of the Tower of Lost Souls. To accomplish the latter, the player must defeat the last remaining opponent exactly when the timer reaches 0, performing a Throw with only 2 seconds left.
The blouse is worn by Marienbard & Jacqueline, two of Raphael's servants, along with Althea, an opponent on the 47th floor of the Tower of Lost Souls.
