Soulcalibur Forces of Light is meant to be the counterpart of Soulcalibur: Forces of Darkness. The characters in this game are fighting to get to Soul Calibur and use its powers to destroy Soul Edge or to save the or protect the world. This game mainly features the good side of all characters

Modes

Several game modes will be featured. The four common modes, Arcade, Museum, Training, Story Mode will be return and many other modes will be available such as Character Creation(see below)

Character is returning with the items from Soulcalibur III and Soulcalibur IV which allows the player to choose from an enormous amount of items to please their customization needs.
