Eiserne Drossel ("Iron Thrush" in German) is a ring blade used by Tira. Nothing is really known about this weapon. In Soulcalibur III, the blade of the ring is dull on the inside but sharp on the outside, allowing Tira to swing it around without injuring herself. Alternately, in Soulcalibur IV, certain attacks like Hisi Baroque (Gloomy →B) and Grim Reaper (Gloomy B+K), cause damage to Tira, allowing her to change from her Jolly Side to her Gloomy Side, and vice versa. Originally, Eiserne Drossel was known as "Aiselne Drossel" in Soulcalibur III, but the name was correctly transcribed in the following installments.

Alternative VersionEdit

• Similar to the Eiserne Drossel 1P, but have skeletons inside, and their own blades is the shape of wings.

• Its yellow color changed to blue in Soulcalibur IV.

Trivia Edit

• Although "Drossel" can mean "choke" or "throttle" in German, it can be inferred that it is to be translated to its alternate meaning, "Thrush", considering the bird theme surrounding Tira.
• 'Eiserne Drossel' was Tira's codename when part of the Bird of Passage.
