Devil May Cry series. He was originally going to be a guest character in Soulcalibur III but was removed for unknown reasons.
- In Soulcalibur II, Kilik wore a red trench coat, but this was changed in Soulcalibur III to contrast him from Devil May Cry's Dante, who nearly made the roster. His Soulcalibur III costume is mostly a throwback to his Soulcalibur costume.
- Despite not being featured in Soulcalibur III, he later appeared as a playable character in another fighting game, Marvel Vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds, Project X Zone and Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale alongside Heihachi and Kratos.
