This page describes Tira's Battle Style in each of the games in which she appeared.

Soulcalibur III

In Soul Calibur lll, Tira uses a style named "Dance Of Death". The main feature of this battle style is the spinning power of Tira's weapon and her generally quick attacks. She can use her Ring Blade to launch opponents into the air leading to a possible juggle combo. However even though many of Tira's attacks have a decent range, she can be quite often left at a disadvantage especially if one of her strikes are dodged or parried.

Soulcalibur III: Arcade Edition

Soulcalibur IV

While Tira's battle style was still known as "Dance Of Death" in Soul Calibur lV, a significant change was created in regards to the style itself. With the introduction of Jolly Side and Gloomy Side, Tira's move set became altered to reflect the two opposing sides of her personality. Whilst Jolly Side retained the same fast and graceful attacks, Gloomy Side is erratic but much more swift, with Tira spinning and wielding her blade recklessly and manically. Of the two different sides, Gloomy Side is generally the most damaging and leads to better combos. However when Tira uses certain attacks in her Gloomy Side, she also damages herself potentially decreasing her chances of winning a fight.

Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny

For Soul Calibur: Broken Destiny, Tira retained the same features found in Soul Calibur lV.

Soulcalibur V

Tira has few attacks similar to the previous game, however, the Jolly Side was slightly modified to look better as a dance and a bit of charm. In Gloomy Side, some attacks have been modified to show her cold side and killer instinct, with more violent attacks, and gain a new Taunt, which demonstrates her aggressiveness. Tira stands out in Power, Speed ​​and Attack Rate.
