The Armos Series refers to a sword and shield Link can use, which came from one of the living Armos statues that dot the land of Hyrule. The origins of these items are shrouded mystery, much like the Armos themselves. Concentrating one's will increases the weapons' power, but they are a bit too heavy for Link and he cannot use them effectively for guarding.
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
The Armos Series belongs to a race of monsters known as Armos, living statues that spring to life if antagonized. Though equipped with a relatively small sword and shield, such arms are not used. Instead, they hop their way towards Link in an attempt to ram him. If defeated, the Armos will pulsate a red color and hop like mad until they explode.

- The Armos enemies in The Legend of Zelda franchise are statues of warriors that are often seen amongst temples and caves. When approached, they often attack by bouncing around or with their weapons. Some of these statues are not living and can be pushed by Link to solve puzzles.
- Despite being a weapon in the Soulcalibur series, they are never actually obtained by Link in The Legend of Zelda series.
- Like the Razor Sword, this weapon also has poor defense capabilities.
